Círculo da Inovação
Círculo da Inovação, or Innovation Circle, is a project developed by Expresso, SIC and NOS to find a new generation of managers in Portugal.
100 people between 25 and 45 years old were selected with a single objective: to solve the innovation challenges of the Portuguese companies.
The project is supported by Jason Associates and sponsored by the President of the Portuguese Republic.
Challenges
During 6 months, 100 managers will solve five challenges, creating a new innovation agenda for the country:
- Talent management
- Digitalization
- Networking
- Consumer focus
- Create value
I was fortunate to be chosen as one of the 100 innovators and contribute to the Create Value challenge.
